General Terms

These Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, delivery, and use of Osen Group Digital Gift Cards purchased through www.theosengroup.com.

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards are intended for use at all participating restaurant locations operating under Osen Group, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

By purchasing, receiving, or using an Osen Group Digital Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Osen Group may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this website with the revised effective or last updated date. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights associated with previously purchased gift cards where prohibited by law.

Digital Gift Cards

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards are available for purchase through www.theosengroup.com and are delivered electronically.

A single Osen Group Digital Gift Card may be used at participating restaurant locations operating under Osen Group, including:

- Izakaya Osen — Silver Lake, Los Angeles

- Izakaya Osen — Irvine

- Izakaya Osen — Fullerton

- ZUI by Osen

- Osen Urban Table

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards are intended to be valid across the Osen Group restaurant portfolio and are not limited to the location where they were purchased or originally intended to be used.

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards may not be accepted at businesses that are independently owned or operated outside Osen Group, even if they have a similar name or brand association.

Redemption

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards may be used toward eligible food and beverage purchases at participating Osen Group restaurant locations.

Gift cards may not be used to pay for private events, catering services, or the purchase of other gift cards.

Gift cards may be used for all or part of an eligible purchase. If the purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Customers must present their digital gift card at the time of payment. Gift card balances are subject to verification.

Osen Group will honor valid outstanding gift card balances in accordance with applicable law.

Expiration and Fees

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards do not expire.

No service, dormancy, or maintenance fees will be charged against the gift card balance, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Refunds and Cancellations

Gift card purchases are generally nonrefundable and may not be canceled after the gift card has been issued or delivered, except as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, redemption, or other rights available to a purchaser or gift card holder under applicable law.

Cash Redemption and Remaining Balances

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards are redeemable for cash or subject to replacement as required by applicable law.

Under applicable California law, a gift card with a remaining cash value of less than fifteen dollars ($15) is redeemable in cash, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

Any remaining balance may be used toward future eligible purchases at participating Osen Group restaurant locations, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Digital gift cards should be treated like cash. Anyone who obtains access to a valid gift card code may be able to use the available balance.

If you believe your gift card has been lost, stolen, copied, or used without authorization, contact marketing@theosengroup.com as soon as possible.

Please provide proof of purchase and your order number, if available. Osen Group may request additional information to verify ownership and investigate the matter.

Replacement of lost, stolen, or compromised gift cards is subject to verification and applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes any liability or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.

Gift Card Restrictions

Osen Group Digital Gift Cards may not be:

- Used to purchase other gift cards.

- Reloaded or replenished after purchase.

- Resold or transferred for value without authorization.

- Used for unlawful purposes or fraudulent transactions.

These restrictions do not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the purchase, delivery, or use of Digital Gift Cards is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on www.theosengroup.com.

Gift card transaction and redemption information may be processed or shared with service providers involved in payment processing, gift card delivery, customer support, or administration, as reasonably necessary and as permitted by applicable law.

Delivery Information

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the recipient's email address and other delivery information for accuracy before completing the purchase.

If a gift card has not arrived or the delivery information needs to be corrected, please contact marketing@theosengroup.com.

If a delivery email is returned or a delivery issue is identified, Osen Group may attempt to contact the purchaser to resolve the issue.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. All gift card purchases are subject to payment authorization and processing.

If a payment cannot be authorized or additional verification is required, the order may be delayed, declined, or canceled as permitted by applicable law.

Personalized Messages

If personalized messages are available during checkout, purchasers may include a message for the gift card recipient within the space provided.

Osen Group reserves the right to decline or remove messages that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Osen Group is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a Digital Gift Card.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If a gift card code does not function as intended, please contact marketing@theosengroup.com so that the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy provided in accordance with applicable law.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to an Osen Group Digital Gift Card will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law regarding jurisdiction or venue.
